A small number of heavily discounted items may be listed under our SALE section, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit. All SALE items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on all exchange items.

PACKAGES RETURNED DUE TO REFUSAL TO SIGN
If you request signature request and the package is returned due to refusal to sign for package and/or no one being available for package the post office will return package and customer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs & signature request fees. Customer will receive store credit of product only minus all fee's listed. No shipping fee's will be refunded for packages returned due to customer refusal.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup, perfume or deodorant rubbing off on the garment or it will not be accepted.
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered & inspected for original condition. Please note, exchanges for store credit may take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed your store credit will be issued & ready for use, you will receive a confirmation email. Store credit never expires.
