Shipping & Processing Time Info
Processing time of all orders takes 1-3 days then items are shipped. Processing time for T-shirts are 3-10 business days then items are shipped as this is a custom made to order product.
Please note: due to COVID custom t-shirts, hoodies etc. may be slightly delayed. We will do all we can to shorten these delays. Most orders shipped won’t see any delays at all, this is rare as we do everything possible to prevent it but can happen.
Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. If you desire quicker shipping, please select that in your order. If you have a history of stolen packages, we recommend choosing the shipping option with signature request. International shipping times vary depending on location of destination.
Shipping times can range from 7-21 days depending on location and customs requirement. Please note custom fee's may apply to international orders and are not covered by JUSE. All Custom/Import fee's are the responsibility of customer. All returned packages due to refusal to pay customs fee's or refusal to sign for are subject to 30% restocking fee & any fee's regarding returning into another country. Shipping fee's on any returned packages are non-refundable.
All shipping times are an estimate as we strive to process and ship MUCH Faster than times listed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.
Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.
We highly reccommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.
If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
